Location. The Aran Park Hotel is located in on the outskirts of Rome, Italy, within two kilometres of the historic Old Appian Way and eight kilometres from the Vatican City. Hotel Features. The seven storey Aran Park Hotel is a modern property set within the new residential district of Fonte Meravigliosa. Amenities include a rooftop restaurant and bar, a fitness suite, a billiards room, a conference centre and laundry services. Safe deposit boxes are available at the 24 hour front desk and multilingual staff can assist with travel and tourist arrangements. A complimentary shuttle service and complimentary parking are also available.
A complimentary daily buffet breakfast is included in the price of accommodation. Lunch and dinner menus feature modern European dishes in the trendy decor of the hotel's restaurant, which has panoramic views of the surrounding town and countryside. Drinks are served in the relaxed atmosphere of the Artemide Bar. Room service is also offered.
Business centre facilities are comprised of five conference rooms with audio visual equipment, wireless Internet access and seating for up to 300 people.

Expert Tip. Between the second and fifth centuries, hundreds of thousands of Christians were buried in multi level catacombs outside the gates of Rome. After the contents were re interred in the city's churches in the ninth century, the catacombs were forgotten for an entire millennium. Daily tours provide a fascinating glimpse into early Christian history.

From Rome Ciampino Airport (CIA): Distance to Aran Park Hotel is 15 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The COTRAL bus runs between arrivals and the Anagnina metro stop (the final stop on line B) every 40 minutes. Single tickets cost 1 EUR. Licensed white taxis cost around 40 EUR to the hotel. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Rome's historic city centre is easy to explore on foot, as many attractions are located close together. The city has an efficient public transport system, including trams, buses, suburban trains, and metro (underground). Tickets can be purchased from tobacconists and ATAC ticket machines, and should be bought prior to boarding. Single tickets cost 1 EUR, and are valid for 75 minutes, covering one metro trip and unlimited bus travel. Driving in the city centre is not advised for visitors. Prices are all subject to change.
